I can’t believe Easter is just a few days away! It’s pretty ironic, since it falls late this year, yet I feel it has arrived so quickly. I haven’t started the eggs yet! But meanwhile, here’s another classic Easter recipe, with a bit of a twist.

Today I made meringues, in three flavors. Have you ever made meringues? I guess some people may think they’re fussy because of their infamous cousin, the macaron, but they’re actually very simple. Plus you can make a lot of them with just two (yes two!) inexpensive ingredients, so they’re great for gifting.

My first Easter post of the year is here! I’ve had this idea for a while. I have a rabbit face cookie cutter that I hadn’t used yet (not even sure where I got it… DealeXtreme maybe?), and I thought it would be perfect for brownie pops.

I got a savory recipe for you guys today, I hope you don’t mind ;) Especially the bad pictures! I’m still trying to get the hang of photographing savory dishes, because, well, they’re my dinner, I’m hungry and I don’t want them to get cold. I made this a while ago though, so I can use that as an excuse.
