Happy belated Christmas! I’m back here with another Daring Bakers challenge. This time it was whoopie pies! I looove whoopie pies, they’re so fun and yummy, so I was pretty excited about this challenge. Since it’s December, I made something with the holidays in mind: a cute snowflake design I had seen on a whoopie book I have.
Hey guys! Can you believe Christmas is only days away? I know ice cream may seem a little irrelevant right now, especially to the folks who are making snowmen and peppermint hot chocolate. But trust me, it’s never a bad time for ice cream. Especially for this one.
This ice cream is so creamy and delicious, with a bit of a tang and a slight lemon flavor. It’s sort of like a homemade, full fat version of frozen yogurt.
