Today I have a plum recipe for you guys. I know some of you are gearing up for summer and can almost taste the goodness of the beautiful summer fruit. For the rest of us, it’s probably not too late to enjoy one last piece of summer. And by last, I’m not talking about myself, because can you believe this has been my very first plum bake of the season? Sad, I know.
It’s time for this month’s Daring Bakers challenge! We were asked to make Easter bread; either one of the recipes provided, or the one that’s made typically in our country. I went with the latter cause I had been wanting to make this bread; I had made it a couple times at school last year, but never at home.
Hi guys! I’m here today with another banana dessert. Everyone really seemed to love my Banana Pudding Cheesecake (starting by me), so I thought it would be fun to make another banana pudding themed goodie. Because, well, banana pudding.
The good thing about this one is that it’s much easier. And just as good!
Happy Easter everyone! I know I just made a post about hot cross buns, but this is the sourdough version I made for Sourdough Surprises. I wanted to make these traditional, so I used a sweet spice mix (one that I recently got, that smells sooo good). But when the time to add the raisins came, I thought, seriously, why use raisins when you can use chocolate? So chocolate it was.
Did you know that today is international malbec day? I learned about it a few weeks ago. I believe it was my country’s initiative but apparently it was celebrated in many other countries, thus making it international.
I never really got into drinking wine, but dessert, I can relate to :)
