Today I have a recipe for a really good ice cream. Tres Leches Cake Ice Cream, to be exact. The name is a bit long so you may call it Tres Leches Ice Cream for short, but I wanted to emphasize the fact that there’s cake on it :)

Hi guys! Welcome to the new Sabor Pastel :) As you can see the site has a brand new design. Hey guys! Can you believe Christmas is only days away? I know ice cream may seem a little irrelevant right now, especially to the folks who are making snowmen and peppermint hot chocolate. But trust me, it’s never a bad time for ice cream. Especially for this one.
This ice cream is so creamy and delicious, with a bit of a tang and a slight lemon flavor. It’s sort of like a homemade, full fat version of frozen yogurt.
