Es tiempo para otro desafío de Sourdough Surprises! Este mes tuvimos que hacer gozleme, que es una comida típica de Turquía. Consiste en una masa (que se puede hacer con o sin levadura) estirada bien finita, que se rellena y se doble como un paquetito. La novedad es que se cocinan en la hornalla, así que están listos en solo unos minutos.
Hola gente! Hoy les traigo otra receta típica de Argentina. Posiblemente la comida que más se antoja en los meses invernales. Es simple, pero muy sustancioso y muy muy rico. Déjenme presentarles a… el guiso de lentejas.
I’m here with another Sourdough Surprises challenge, although this one is admittedly late. We were asked to make sourdough battered fried goodies. Sounds good right??
I thought the default onions would be neat, since I had never made onion rings before. But I also threw in some apples and oreos (yeah, oreos – more on that later).
